HotelHome Paris 16 offers several types of apartments and suites of which rates vary according to:

apartment chosen (Junior Suite, Twin Suite, Suite Double, Family Suite),
number of persons occupying the apartment (between one and six persons),
the duration of the stay :

1 or 2 nights
from 3 to 5 nights
from 6 to 20 nights
from 21 nights to 3 months
and more than 3 months.

These rates include all taxes (tourist tax and V.A.T) and charges such as those for heating, electricity, and water.

Our apartments and suites all have at least two rooms (bedroom and lounge), and all have an equipped kitchen (or kitchenette) and a bath/shower room.

Our largest apartments (Twin Suite, Suite Double and Family Suite) are all air-conditioned, accessible by lift, and have a charming lounge/dining room with fireplace, warm parquet flooring complemented with a soft carpet and crown mouldings on the ceiling, one (or more) spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one (or two) bath (or shower) rooms, recently renovated, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Old-style charm lives in harmony with the most modern technology: direct telephone line, television with international cable channels, and Wifi broadband Internet access, not to mention individual and adjustable air conditioning system in all the Suite Double, Twin Suite and Family Suite.

Junior Suite – 2 rooms of 30 m² - 1, 2 or 3 persons

one spacious double room with double bed, large storage cupboard, desk, fireplace, two windows looking out onto an interior courtyard transformed into a pleasant garden, and access to a recently renovated shower room with basin, hairdryer, towel warmer and toilet.
a small lounge also with window looking out onto the garden and equipped with dresser (crockery and glassware), dining table, chairs and armchairs, extra bed if required and a modern and fully fitted kitchenette [vitro-ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, combination-oven (bake, grill, microwave), kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, table coverings and kitchen utensils].

Twin Suite – 2 rooms of 35 m² - 1 to 4 persons

one spacious bedroom with twin beds, large storage cupboard, desk, fireplace, and two windows looking out onto an interior courtyard transformed into a pleasant garden,
a small passage area between lounge and bedroom with chest of drawers and independent access from bedroom and lounge to a recently renovated shower room with basin, towel warmer and toilet, a lounge with window looking out onto the garden, equipped with dining table, chairs and armchairs and with a comfortable double sofa bed,
a modern and fully fitted kitchen [vitro-ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, combination-oven (bake, grill, microwave), small dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, table coverings and kitchen utensils].

We offer four Twin Suites, from the 1st to the 4th floor with garden view and one Twin Suite on the 6th floor which looks out over the road, all with air conditioning and accessible by lift.

Double Suite – 2 rooms of 45 m² - 1 to 4 persons

one bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, desk, fireplace, fully-insulated window overlooking Rue George Sand, calm and full of light,
a small passage area between lounge and bedroom with independent access from bedroom and lounge to the kitchen and to a recently renewed bathroom with bath, basin, towel warmer and toilet, a very spacious lounge with two windows also overlooking Rue George Sand and fireplace, equipped with dresser (crockery and glassware), dining table, chairs and armchairs and a comfortable twin sofa bed (two separate beds),
a modern and fully fitted kitchen (vitro-ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, combination-oven (bake, grill, microwave), small dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, table coverings and kitchen utensils),
a small entrance hall with large storage cupboard.

We offer five Double Suites, from the 1st to the 5th floor and overlooking the road, all with air conditioning and accessible by lift.

Family Suite 2 bedrooms – 60 m² - attic apartment with 3 rooms for 1 to 6 persons

one bedroom with double bed, storage cupboard and desk, with window overlooking the interior courtyard transformed into a pleasant garden and offers an unobstructed view of the roofs of neighboring buildings
one bedroom with two twin beds and desk, also with window overlooking the interior courtyard transformed into a garden
a long corridor providing access to the bedrooms and shower rooms, with large wardrobe
